Granite Point Mountain Lodge

After achieving an engineering feat in the construction of his lodge, Jeff had to have a website and brand to match the top notch experience you have upon visiting! Discussing the retro and rustic feel of the lodge combined with the fact that it is the ultimate Alaskan getaway, we formed the original version of the his logo and website in 2014. After a few years and the addition of a few more cabins, we fully redesigned the website; upgrading features and adding to the user experience. AKcents Apparel

Originally hired on in 2013 to design the website for what is formerly Final Frontier Clothing, the original website incorporated the company's need for a shopping cart interface while creating a seamless purchasing process for the end user. Upon the departure of a designer in the company that same year, I stepped in to help maintain and implement new product lines. The company changed names to AKcents Apparel in 2015 and I was hired to redesign the business brand. Wanting to go in an ediger direction with a different demographic the owners decided on the final design and made it live in late 2015. The design board below features some of the apparel designs that were made in addition to the brand materials.

Uptown Motel

Having been around for a few decades this motel sports a retro vibe with a great view of Cook inlet and Mt. Redoubt... however having no 'set' brand image gave me the creative freedom of incorporating these things into the brand. The website redesign has the ability to take reservations online whilst maintaining a user-friendly experience and providing information about the area.

Louie's Steak and Seafood

Having little digital presence regardless of the great reviews and frequent visitors, Louie's brand image was redesigned with keeping the attached motels' image in mind for a cohesive look. Giving users the ability to make reservations online and view the full menu along with seeing reviews from previous customers, has already boosted sales for the restaurant.

Hewitt Technologies

This IT consulting business started in the summer of 2007 and updated their website when it began. As years went by and the clientele grew the website became obselete, but still harbored a wealth of information. With this in mind, the redesign brings a visual hierarchy pointing the customer to where they need to go, in addition to providing updated information on the clientele and testimonials. Hewitt Technologies has since closed their business, but a screenshot of their website can be found below.

Kansas City Collegiate Admissions Professionals

KCCAP's mission to provide information regarding educational opportunities within the KC metro area has been successful for more than 20 years, but with a website that hadn't been utilized in 5 years the organization's president decided it was time for a make over!
With a wealth of degree programs available to students within their membership KCCAP wanted to highlight that by having their own built in search engine and a page dedicated to their members. With animation effects and detailed inquiry forms this website and branding tops off the professional look they wanted to achieve while also improving the user experience and search engine visibility.
